Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) is a methodology based on the principles and practices of Marshall
Goldsmith, a world authority in helping successful leaders who were willing to do what it takes to achieve positive, lasting change in behavior, for themselves and their teams.
SCC includes the involvement of stakeholders, a focus on the future, and changing both behavior and perception in parallel to modify leadership behavior with significant impact on the leader’s development.
