Salma is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With 20+ years of experience in HR management, leadership development, and coaching, she has worked across the UAE, Thailand, Myanmar, Italy, Pakistan, and the UK. She began her career with the UN World Food Programme (WFP) in HR and later served as Acting Chief of HR at IRENA. Salma designs and delivers leadership and career coaching programs for mid-to-senior-level managers, including UN professionals. She holds an MSc in HR Management from the University of Leicester, focusing on women’s career advancement. A co-author of Women Who Inspire and She Dares, Salma is also trained in ORSC and accredited in Harrison Assessments and TDS. Fluent in English and Arabic, she splits her time between the UAE and the UK.
